Admissions
All students applying for admission to The London Day School must complete the application process in order to be considered for admission to the school. Applicants will be admitted, based on the schools ability to meet the student’s academic, social, emotional, and physical needs and on the basis of available space.The London Day School, in accordance with its mission to be a family centered school, gives special admission consideration to qualified siblings of students already in enrolled in The London Day School.
The LDS application process was created to help prospective families and LDS Staff become familiar with one another. Our parent meeting and on-site student visits offer parents and students all the information they need to determine if LDS is the right environment for their child. LDS looks for students who will thrive and be actively engaged in our classrooms and for parents who will be active partners in the educational process. The London Day School admits students regardless of sex, race, religious beliefs or ethnic origin.
The Admission Committee always makes every effort to keep applicant families informed regarding the status of an application. Parents should feel free to contact our main office at any time for a status update on their application for admission. We have a rolling admissions process and will enroll students throughout the year based on availability.
